Good Site: Sincerlytruman
1: Video playing in the background
2: Slide through illustrations with text in header
3: active sections on scroll, main content during scroll, is brighter then content above/below
4: Hover over bios shows opposite image
5: Work Page, hover over the handlettering activates sections so user knows to click in a subtle way
6: has different vibe in responsive mobile and knows to loose most of the fun interactive stuff for quicker response time.
Bad Site: My80’s TV
1: Confined to single screen
2: aesthetic isn’t pleasing
3: not much intuition
4: images run off page
5: Could do without extra buttons, it would be better if animation was only on the tv and left it to the user to figure it out.
Moodboard- I am trying to go with an isometric look for the world I was thinking about making for this project. I think it will be an easy to create a large scale without getting caught up on to many details. Color will be important and how I layout everything.
